Andy, You survived! For a young man who doesn't enjoy giving speeches, you are really pretty good at giving them! You picked a subject area that was personal. This often times adds to the effectiveness of the delivery. I can tell your grandparents mean a lot to you. Keep up the good work; I'm proud of you!
